In my quest for accurate or realistic (queer) relationships, I often ask “what’s actually stopping this couple from being together”. I try to figure out what realistic obstacle stands in their way.

Schitt’s Creeks said nothing.

Nothing stood in the way of Patrick & David and I love the show for it.

Sometimes, when shows allow us to enjoy a beautiful and loving relationship it makes it that much more realistic.
