New plant daughter arrived. As yet nameless but open to suggestions.
Just maybe don’t get tooattached because a maidenhair fern has one goal in life and that’s to die dramatically because you forgot to water it for 12 hours.
They’re actually tough and hardy plants outside, but inside they’re uuuuh, they deal with low humidity less well than Ido. I adore maidenhair ferns but sadly they are usually just terrible houseplants because of their need for constant moisture, humidity and idk, probably dark magics. I’m not trying to be a downer, just fair warning if it turns into a sad crispy mess in a month it’s probably not your fault.
…I should get another maidenhair fern. I think I’m ready to kill love again.
