The True Beauty ending was rushed asf.
1. Its a 2 year timeskip aren’t they supposed to be college students??? They said that Jukyung was an intern and something about going back to classes, but what about everyone else? They were portrayed as full on adults which made no sense to me.
2. Although I loved the wedding scene, why tf did the writers not have Seojun there? I know his mom said he was busy with debut, but seriously Hee Kyung is his manager(?) she could’ve cleared his schedule or something
3. I didn’t care who ended up with who but they really did Seojun dirty. I wish there was an additional timeskip to show him happy with being an idol and happy through his career.
4. I feel like the whole “Jukyung and Suho knowing each other when they were kids” storyline could have been sweeter if they showed more scenes of them when they were a child.
Anyways, remember to separate the actors from their characters because some delulus are hating on Cha Eunwoo and Moon Gayoung
Two ways I see the drama ending okay-ish:
1. If Jukyung ends up with Suho - Although Seojun likes her, he realizes that even if they were to go out, he prob would be too busy training to commit to any relationship. He realizes that he can’t do that to her and kinda ends up accepting the fact that it’s never gonna happen? Yes it’s sad but it’s also realistic.
2. If Jukyung ends up with Seojun - She realizes that Seojun was there for her and has already moved on from Suho. In this case, they might end the show with Seojun deciding to train and kind of leave the ending up in the air for viewers to decide if they stay together long-term or not.
Either way someone’s heart is gonna be shattered into a million pieces, but hey that’s life ig
Imagine doing all that shit to your bestfriend AND ruining your reputation over a guy, just to have him LEAVE in the end
Yo i know you gotta watch this drama with 0 braincells but you’re telling me that jukyung, go woon, and hye min are the ONLY ppl with acne in high school???
Lets not forget Lim Ju Kyung still owes Han Seojun a wish!! I wonder what he’ll ask for
