My witch boy with the nose and the tattoos, who’s a bit difficult to draw even if I know exactly what I want him to look like. It’s the tattoos, you say. Yes, I say, but also the rest.
STILL. I will get around to designing all of his tattoos properly one day, to make it all easier, but since they’re so extensive (half-body, why) I almost feel I need a 3d model for it. Which is possible – I have the proper education and ZBrush.
Anyway, I like to make these kind of, I dunno, vaguely mystical(?) images of him. Feels fitting. He’s a sort of realm/plane walker who’s not anchored to any one plane of existence and moves easily between them, while still being a really stable man who needs no sextant. Like, he wouldn’t get sucked into a hungry void vortex hole because his own dimensional integrity is too cool for that nonsense. (His tattoos and hair dye detach a little sometimes, though.)
Downside is that he can’t always tell what things exist in what plane, so he’s not allowed to drive a car. Barely even ride one.

I don’t draw men all that often but when I do they have this facial expression because it’s the best facial expression <3
