#lost constellation

I tried someting new with this one, rather than going for lineart on the sketch and coloring it later, I broke the entire thing into shapes, locked opacity and painted on them. This really saved me some time and made the shapes look neat. Also I’ve been working with vectors a lot lately so pen tool finally stopped being my #1 enemy. Now it’s like only #2

this took to max 6h, in one sit because I was having too much fun to stop whoops

Longest Night: Lost Constellationis not a game it’s a little jewel that easily became my favorite game of the year 2014 even though I played it  the first day of 2015. It’s lovely, it’s creepy in the best way possible, and made waiting for Night In The Woods even harder.

couldn’t finish the game despite trying twice because i kept missing important flags, oh well. but also, gay astronomers going through big and evil creatures to see their girlfriend!
