Rewatching Game of Thrones, and I’ve just gotten to the siege of Riverrun. I think it’s *chefs kiss* how everyone throughout the show is always saying they “can’t take the word of a kingslayer” to Jaime. Then Brienne, who knows his side of the story, comes along and says “Do I have your word?” About him letting the Tully forces through peacefully if she can convince the Blackfish. And he gives it to her without a second thought, like he’s just been waiting for someone to trust him like that again. This also just after the eye love making as he tells her that Oathkeeper is hers.
