Collected swatches from #KANEBO’s new 2020 #iHope makeup releases!
Japanese luxury line Kanebo has revamped their entire makeup line this year, and did a complete 180 from conservative “OL” (office lady) aesthetic to something completely fresh and vibrant.
Besides including funky mixers and pop shades in their buttery N-rouge lipstick line, they’ve also added interesting multipurpose cream sticks that promise to be usable on eyes, cheeks, lips, anywhere you like.
Considering lipsticks cost about S$60 a pop, it’s not easy to explore the line if you’re shopping online during the current pandemic. So here are all the color products (aside from basic liner pencils) swatched for your reference!

Our Review
You Dew You (left) and You Glow Girl (right) are both extremely pigmented and blendable. A little goes a long way so take it easy if you don’t want to overdo the glow. These highlighters stay put the whole day and can be used to highlight your face, eyes, lips and cheekbones to perfection! It can be used as an eyeshadow too. These are perfect dupes for the coveted Becca Highlighters. You Dew You has a golden/yellow undertone which suits those with olive and warm complexions best while You Glow Girl has a pink undertone perfect for pale and cool skin tones although to be honest they look great on every skintone (we tried them on the Glamourbox team and they looked great on everyone) They also looked fabulous mixed together according too our glam intern Shawn. This is a must-have if you’re looking for a super-pigmented, finelly milled highlighter that won’t break the bank.
Ofra Signature Contouring and Highlighting Cream Foundation Mini Palette
Forget packing single concealers or foundation, the Signature Contouring and Highlighting Cream Foundation Mini Palette has it all. This palette definitely lives up to its promise of being multi-purpose and handy. Since it has 5 shades with a range of cool and warm undertones, you can mix and match to suit your skintone and to cover up blemishes. Want to try your hand at contouring? It’s creamy yet light texture makes it easy to blend. We loved how we can use this to conceal different blemishes on our face perfectly. We just mix and match to find the right shade to cover it up! Definitely a steal for only P1050. This lasts forever!
