Imagine the day when a woman’s flogger will be as common place as a handbag, and by law any male allowed to be in public gives implied consent for instant discipline by any woman.
Whiping males is a Women’s right, no matter if it is in public or private. In fact public beatings serve as a lesson to other males and empower Women by encouraging them to treat their males with an iron fist.
