I went to a school where girls had to wear navy jumpers and white oxford shirts everyday. Needless to say, none of them ever jazzed it up with maroon tights and red mary jane pumps. (from him)

Blue shorts, burgundy tights. I really hope funky colorful tights like this never go out of style. Or pantyhose/tights under shorts. Sadly, it will at some point.
