Bioware created these incredible, beautiful people with such intriguing origins and biology and the potential for incredible social, cultural, and physiological diversity due to their time separated and then… gave them two headsculpts, three colours of the same skin, and one set of eyes.

I took a break but I am back on my bullshit further populating my overflowing angara tag and I don’t plan on stopping. You’ll be getting phone drawings for a while yet but I am happy to be drawing again at all :)

Also, hello to any new fandom friends who’ve joined thanks to the legendary edition or just came back after a long time away! It’s really good to see so many new people in the tags and we’re very glad you’re here <3

I will take this opportunity to beg you all who are shying away from Andromeda due to all the hate it gets to please give it a try! It has a different tone to the trilogy but it’s still the same world we love and a wonderful game. It had some glitches at launch, some which became memes, and it did not get DLCs and sequels due to this, making it feel so much less than the trilogy which got a lot of extra content. I am very sad about that, but it’s still a solid entry in the series with really engaging gameplay, loveable characters, sweet stories, and breathtaking visuals.

This year the fearsome Harbinger @masseffectholidaycheer tasked me with creating a gift for my very dearest friend @bronzeagelove, who is a daily inspiration to me in everything that they do.

Bronzie, you amaze me with how strong, resilient, creative, and brave you are. No matter how hard and frightening and exhausting a day you always prevail, and no matter how much you’re hurting you are always there to lift me up and remind me I’m not alone and I can do anything I set my mind to.

For 2022 I wish you warmth and peace. I wish you many moments of quiet rest and of contentment with no guilt and no fear. I wish you every comfort you could hope for and more. Most of all, I wish you joy.

I chose Jane to do a picture that hopefully reflects the sentiment <3

Thank you for being my friend and thank you for all the sunshine you bring into my life every single day. I love you.

(After two months of no motivation I still found myself unable to sit down in front of my computer and draw for more than fifteen minutes, so I drew this on my phone in g*ogle keep)

Patrons at the Curator level and above get a free sketched portrait of a character of their choice every month! For March we have a Ryder OC (Mass Effect) and Aloy from Horizon, who I love with all my heart.
