Fuego was the leader of the radical rebel group Kommune in the 1960s. Fuego was an interesting case study. He had no true conventional Mind Management “abilities” as such. What he did have was an intense burning hatred that, under the proper guidance, could be focused into extreme action. He was often used to instigate revolts, civil wars, and general mayhem when chaos was required. Fuego reveled in not only the only the violence but also the weaponry. He was more than a weapons expert. He lived and breathed them. His relationship with guns was transcendent. He would often talk about his relationship with his vas personal arsenal as it were a collection of living human beings. He was intoxicated by the smell of gun oil and the constant care that his weapons required. Once, in a psych envaluation, he tried to describe his complex relationship with inanimate killing machines. Almost in tears and overcome with emotion, he described the indescribable ecstasy that pointing a weapon at another living being provided him. This, combined with his combustible nature, made him one of the most dangerous agents of his era.
