i was not planning on drawing anything today and then i was not planning on drawing this when I started drawing Sammy but then I found out zippo lighters were first sold in 1933 and apparently that’s what joey got Sammy for his birthday that year

also apparently kitchen counters weren’t really a thing??? like not in apartments in cities at that time, everything was free standing?? i guess that makes sense in terms of difficulty getting them in and such

anyways happy birthday Sammy??? sorry you need to pry Joey off before you can enjoy your cake
