Whenever I read about Mermaids I just remember that their founder took her underage male child (15 years old at the time, if I recall correctly) to Thailand to have him castrated, a procedure that Thailand found so offensive that they put in place a new law forbidding surgeries for underage youth.
If she’s capable of that horrific action, why the fuck would a charity run by her be worth anything?
