I had a dream last that I got hired to make a magical girl cartoon for children and it ended up being really cute and popular. The girls had a magical object they sang to in order for it to open and let them transform. The blue gal was really popular among the children for some reason so I wanted to draw her! 

She doesn’t have a name currently so you’re free to suggest some~
