#minecraft bedrock

ive broken minecraft its raining underground wtf?? idk what happened ive tried leaving the world and rejoining and its still doing it. im in a mushroom biome does that effect it or is it just a thing with bedrock like what anyone has any ideas as to what happened please someone explain. i have a photo as well i was at level 6 with only a one block hole for a beacon but it was everywhere im so confused
