Summary: When a fur parent needs a new veterinarian for their new puppies.
A/n: It’s been so long since I ever wrote something :((. I’ve been so busy with academics. It’s only now that I managed to comfortably write without worrying about any upcoming deadlines. Though, I’m not even sure if this is anything good. It just kinda looks plain, but then recently I’ve been missing the idea of taking care of puppies, so here I am putting a little self-indulgent. This is for @justanawolfand@ara-mitsuemen in uniform collab.
“…this is just ridiculous,” your friend, Daichi, said with a little chuckle at the end. Well, it truly is just ridiculous in many ways. Though, this is a funny situation that a part of you wouldn’t mind.
Well, who wouldn’t exactly mind this when in a week your house brightens up with four puppies. Different breeds at that.
“How did this happen again?” Daichi said as he carried the adorable 3 months old pembroke corgi.
“Uhh…well…honestly…I have no idea. All I know is that I was at a work party three weeks ago with my film crew. Then, it happens to be that weirdo ex-friend is there. He tried to talk to me and all that, but I ignored him. Then, for this whole week, he sent me these puppies in my office,” you said. Well, that’s mostly it. It’s basically your ex-friend asking for forgiveness to something you can never ever forget at all. Though, it happens to be that this person is crazy rich and he can easily buy you a puppy.
“Did you talk to him about this?” Daichi asked
“I did, but he wouldn’t take the puppies back and I also don’t trust him in taking care of them. I..also feel bad bringing them back to where they came from. I mean..look at them,” you and your friend look at the playpen where a three months old pembroke corgi, a two months old choco shih tzu, and a three months old black and tan dachshund, and a three months old Akita (you got for yourself a month ago) are sleeping comfortably.
“I get that. Though, will you be able to take care of them?” He asked
“Of course. I’ve had a dog as a pet since I was a kid. I know how this works. Besides, I don’t have any film projects as of the moment,” you explained. He simply nods.
“Well, if you need some kind of help, I can help you with it. I just can’t keep them as a pet,” he said, to which then you nod m as a reply.
“Well, good thing I have Haru to help me with this,” you chuckled as you pet your two years old Golden Retriever you got two years ago.
“I’m assuming you need to bring them to the vet,” Daichi sighs.
“Yeah. I’ll just take them to where I usually take Haru,” you smiled. This sure is an unexpected turn of events in your life, but you believe it’ll be something different.
