01/08/20 ♡ Long time no see! Honestly, lockdown has been really taxing on my mental health, and a lot of my journal pages are stuff I keep to myself. A lot of mental health ramblings and reflections. But I’m finally starting new medication, and I hope this will give me a step up ♡ Here is my August spread - hopefully I can keep on top of things! How are you all?
