Velma sticks out as a bit of an interesting choice to include since this is a multimedia crossover fighting game and she’s more of a “smart” character.But in type of character she serves for the team in this game she is coded as a Support (Whatever the full extent of that will mean since Reindog and Steven are also in that grouping).Unlike with this game’s version of Shaggy getting his powers from eating a magic crystal she seems to pretty much be what we expect of her general characterization.

But at least she’s got a decent-looking design and as I said…It would have been disappointing if Shaggy served as the only Scooby-Doo representation is game was getting.At minimum maybe Fred,Daphne,and the titular dog will show up as background characters in one of the stage themes for I would want to see how they’re drawn up for this incarnation.

As someone who has always crushed hard on Velms, I have zero complaints.
