I imagine they’ve probably been dating for a while, but haven’t actually like. GONE on any dates. Just kinda hang around or do stuff without calling it dates. Finally wind up going to the fair after everyone calls them out on the fact they’ve been an item for several months and haven’t gone on an Official First Date-Date yet. John hammers the shit out of the strength tester, wins a Nakadile, smorches his dork’s head. (Dave later wins John a salamander plushie as big as him at the ring toss game and they have to bodily stuff it into the trunk with caution tape for the drive home. It’s a good napping spot, later.)
i know I just made a post of like all the ships I shipped before Nick and Charlie that are vaguely like them, but of all of them this comparison hurts the worst.
