LEMME tell you about this man.
My pops [who had a stroke some few years ago] fell down the deck stairs today and rolled down into a bunch of spiky blackberry bushes… Though it was insanely difficult, I managed to pull him out. Luckily, he’s all fine and just has a “few” scratches….

He’s nearly 80 years old and wasn’t even supposed to be able to really walk or talk without aid for the rest of his life [according to the doctors] but he flipped a finger to the world and after 2 years was able to walk, talk and manage just fine on his own…
I mean, heck…When he had the stroke, he managed to crawl up the BASEMENT stairs with only half of his body working and STILL didn’t want medical help lol….


POINT BEING LOOK AT MY RESILIENT stubborn grumpy goat of a dad. I love my pops, the man of steel.


  And even through the whole ordeal, he was mostly just worried I’d get poison oak while reaching him.
