You‘re always sabotaging your own progress by not sticking to your plan, and you don‘t do this because it‘s too hard and you can‘t do it, cause you CAN. You do this becausd you are actually scared that you will be successful. You can‘t really believe that a great life is possible for you so you ruin it. Don‘t do that. Let yourself be happy and reach your goals.

You just need a little courage to become the greatest version of yourself. It is possible and you deserve it. You have been suffering for years now and have not given up, it is your time now and you have earned it. Go out and get it. ❤️
