I used regular polishes and air dry foil glue. You can do the same with gels. Just need to cure each layer.

Base color must be completely dry before you move to the next step.

Apply foil glue and wait until gets clear and then you can apply the foil.

The foil glue is not brand and I got it on eBay years ago‍♀️
