Not an actual Noble Phantasm. Technically, it’s more of Lancer casting several primordial spells all at once to give the illusion of a Noble Phantasm; and with his age and ability, it’s not that hard to pull off.
He likely has several Divine Constructs/Authorities in his possession, but rarely uses them.
The only Noble Phantasm/Divine Construct/Authority he truly considers his own (and not one belonging to his younger selves) is one that symbolizes the only reason he remains on the side of humanity.
