I believe that we have the ability to change the world through our dreams. Dreams inform us when we’re waking or sleeping what lies in the deepest corners of our hearts–what we truly feel. Beneath the layers of societal conditioning and programming and everybody telling us what to do, think, feel, believe, how to act, what to wear, where to go, what job to apply for or what trip we should or shouldn’t take–beneath ALL of that lies our dreams. They hold our truth. And each person’s truth is uniquely their own, Nobody can tell you what your truth is. Sometimes we have a little voice that tries to deceive us away from our own truth. But when we quiet our minds, when we stop and breathe, *really* breathe, then the whispers of our dreams become audible. And if we do this enough, those whispers become hums, those hums become songs, and the words of those songs ring clear as bells and guide our every thought, deed, and action. ✨ What is it your dreams are telling you?
