so im making homemade butter today and if it works out im going to use that for mashed potatoes later, but I have another 3 pounds of potatoes i need to do something with………. is there anything creative I can do with them besides fries/home fries/smashed?

I feel like no besides soups but I don’t have everything I need for that. I’m stuck inside today so maybe I’ll just have to create something
