oh okay so people are cancelling dream now bc he faked minecraft speedrunning stats and not because he collabed with n*zis and says racist ableist shit?
like man i guess i get the point of saying hes a “naughty boy” or whatever for cheating but this is the kind of shit that pisses me off. youtube and gaming youtubers have a huge neo-n*zi problem and ignoring it because its “just minecraft” is only making the issue worse. youtube videos and the popularity of youtubers DOES affect real life, as im pretty sure any jewish kid or kid of color who was in middle school when pdp was just getting popular can tell you
i honestly do not care how much youre “hyperfixating” on that shit or how much you claim to not be a neo-n*zi. supporting people like dream or jschlatt bc you think theyre funny is exactly what neo-n*zis want you to do to spread their awful fucking rhetoric and make antisemitism and racism seem like a joke and ive about had it seeing them get so popular on twitter and tumblr
