~~ Upon receiving Midoriya’s location, Maya and Todoroki run to the scene, much to Endeavor’s dismay. They work together, along with Iida and Midoriya, to fight the Hero Killer. However, Todorko gets injured and Maya goes out of her way to reduce further damage but extending a helping hand. ~~

Not much is new except that I am now once again out of a job as of last week or so. Searching for the next one, but any help in the meantime is still very much appreciated. Been a bit stressed and busy because of that all, so I can’t think of much else to say.
Anyway I’m out for now, hopefully I have better news next update!

So. I have been super, super busy and stressed and my life has been crazy, so much so that I couldn’t actually make a formal post about any updates about goings ons.
Things have been difficult and I don’t have a lot of free time and honestly I still didn’t feel like posting but I kinda felt the need to.
So since the last update: Got a job, lost a job, still trying to sell my stuff to make some money, have a bit of a freelance thing going on right now but it’s not paying very well, unemployment isn’t going through, bills are piling up, depression is hitting really hard, and there was an accident a handful of months back in which I was the victim and not at fault for and after fighting for months and months the other parties involved still take no responsibility and I’m at the end of my rope and I’m so tired of fighting it and basically I’m like 900$ down (not including other bills and stuff) and even when I tried fighting for even a small fraction of that I got nothing from them.
I don’t want to get into personal details. There’s a reason I choose to remain anonymous. But I am struggling and I need help.
A lot of people have been asking for help here lately, on character development and whatever. I make little reminders here and there–I’m not trying to be obnoxious about it, and I’m not pushing anyone or trying to make anyone feel obligated, which is why I try to keep it to the tags of asks or something. But again, this blog was never originally meant for stuff about character development. I was here for making templates and helping people use those templates, even though lately I haven’t been working on the templates (I did have the new version of the student template in progress but I had to stop because I was trying to work 2-3 jobs at once and I got busy ok) and–this is the most discouraging part of all–people aren’t USING the templates.
I am so tempted to just take them down. At least the online one, so I can overhaul it, improve it, make it better, maybe motivate myself to get it back up, especially if people ask where it went. It’s really sad, to be quite honest, as I was really proud of that work, and just seeing nobody use either the online or downloadable templates is disheartening. It’s like people who don’t get reblogs on art, or kudos on fanfics. Sometimes I think it wouldn’t matter if I took it down, especially since I know I can do better–I just don’t really know if it will matter if I do make it better since no one seems to care about it. Only about the free character development advice or whatever.
So again. If you appreciate my help, please donate. I am taking my time out of my day to help you when that is not my job, that was not my intent here. I’ve said before I won’t ask for money in regards to adding features or doing other things related to the actual templates, and I mean to stick by that. But that doesn’t mean I won’t appreciate it if you show your appreciate my work by donating to me too. I would cry if you do honestly.
Anyway. I’m still struggling in real life, but due to wanting to keep my anonymity I can’t do much more than beg for money here. I’d say emergency commissions or something but I don’t have too much time to take on the work that would come out of that–I’ve seen other people doing that and it blows up real quick and I don’t like that kind of attention nor do I feel my skills are worth doing that (not that they’re not worth anything, just that I tend to take time on art because it’s not my forte and time is money and all that). A lot of the stuff I said in my first post still applies basically.
I do have some stuff to sell though, MHA-related, if anyone’s interested in that. Some acrylic stands and badges and postcards, Japan imported and official merch and all that. I’ll get pictures and make a separate post later (when I’m slightly less busy), but if you’d like to support me by buying some of this merch off me I would appreciate that a lot! (Because like, I also do need to declutter and clear out some space! You’d be doing me a favor! Seriously it all must go, so please consider saving up a few dollars now so when I do post it you can help me out and get something cool out of it.)
That being said, I have to say something just so people know (it’s a bit ranty/venty so I apologize ahead of time, but it’s informational I promise): this has happened far too much (not only to me so it’s also a general PSA), but when you send money to me for donations (not for buying stuff from me), please DO NOT send it as “Goods and Services” INSTEAD of “Friends and Family” (yes I realize I am not friends/family, but this is just the way Paypal names stuff for some reason). FTR, “Paypal G&S” is for when you’re buying stuff from other people, and there’s buyer protection and stuff, which means you can ask for a refund and dispute it if you’d like (which I would hope you’re not planning to do to anyone you donate to, me or otherwise). When you do that while donating to people, not only does it eat up a chunk of the donations, ie. if you send $10 I actually get $9 because Paypal takes like 12% of the payment as fee, but IN ADDITION to that, not only do I not get the full donation but I also have to PAY TAXES on that because (due to me selling stuff to earn some money and really stupid new laws regarding that and reaching a certain profit threshold) Paypal will then think I’ve made an income somehow and report that and get mad at me for all sorts of silly things like “not shipping out the goods” because you sent it as a payment for “Goods” (because that’s the default for most payments, as I know artists generally have to make PSAs about customers needing to manually select “Services” as the payment type when they do commissions) and Paypal thinks you’re buying something from me and going to be expecting something back. Those kinds of donations aren’t going to be seen as donations–it’s not free money, it’s me needing to put in additional time and effort to record keep, and it’s stressful because there’s so many little details to worry about.
So basically, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not send payments as “G&S” because I don’t gain as much as you’re intending to donate, and I lose a lot more in fees because if the TYPE of payment is wrong I have to pay more money and hope I get it back from tax returns but even then that’s a long time away and I can’t afford that. Literally every cent helps right now. It might not seem like Paypal is taking much from that $10 donation or whatever, but guys–for people struggling to get by, literally $1 is the difference between being able to eat (even if it’s just a dollar meal from McDonalds) and searching the couch for enough to pay for the next bill.
Anyway sorry for getting a bit long-winded, I dunno who will actually read this and apparently I needed that. Will try to update more often, but. Y’know. Life is stress right now.
So when Uraraka talking about how she thought that deku meant dekiru, Danny in true Danny fashion chimes in that he thought it was a pun but as the only English native speaker the other three don’t get it.
I love this crossover so much it one of my favorites to daydream about especially when you throw in some dadzawa.
A classic Danny Phantom and My Hero Academia Crossover where Danny ends up in Japan by accident and needs to figure out how to get back home. Easier said than done of course. It helps that Danny is ridiculously OP and may be able to help out during his time there.
Danny knew about natural ghost portals, how they were very random, rarely showed up outside of ectoplasmic hot spots, and mainly only affected the unluckiest of people in terms of tearing them from this familiar time and space and spitting them out into something completely different. He also knew the ones in the ghost zone were ones you don’t go in willingly unless you want to ditch the world you know so well and never want to be found again.
So imagine his goddamn surprise when one decides to fuck up his life before he even gets a chance to process what the fuck was happening.
