About Lesson 65
Each character have their own reasons for not liking MC.
Thirteen
- MC & co broke into her house.
- Screwed up her security system.
- Touched her stuff.
- Let Solomon, the one individual she explicitly didn’t want in her home, steal her stuff.
- Messed with the candles. even if it was to save Beel the lot of ‘em blatantly interfered with her job.
Mephisto
- MC & Mammon were nosing through his documents which is pretty rude.
- He doesn’t like Lucifer, who he won’t even refer to as a demon, being close with Diavolo. So MC helping with that & being close to voth of them wouldn’t sit well with him .
Raphael
- Has the belief that associating with demons = bad person.
- Has heard non favorable things from Michael about MC.
- The ring of light was taken from Michael’s room by Simeon without permission & given to them. Even if it was to reign in their magic rules are a big deal.
- He most likely doesn’t like how they’ve “influenced” Simeon.
Also just to remind everyone the brothers didn’t like MC at first either.
- Lucifer would threaten them & tried to attack them several times.
- Mammon thought having to “babysit” MC was a pain.
- Levi got all huffy and attacked them over loosing a game.
- Satan only saw them as a means of getting under Lucifer’s skin.
- Asmo was initially indifferent twords MC.
- Beel got mad and destroyed the wall to their room over pudding.
- Belphie was plotting to murder them since before they met.
Granted some treated MC better than others & a few of them were more extreme but the point is none of them were like “yep i like you lets be besties” from day one.
Also the now datables, and luke, have known them from the start when they weren’t the focus. So by the time they’re all given more prominent roles they’ve already had time to get to know & grow closer to MC. And you can tell they all happen at different paces which works well.
- Diavolo, from context clues, starts having romantic feelings twords the end of season 2.
- Barbatos, while not romantic, starts feeling closer to them in season 3.
- Simeon admitted to having romantic feelings in season 3.
- Luke has been close to them since season 1.
- Solomon’s feelings likely started turning romantic sometime between seasons 2 & 3.
