#oc ava valentine

Heyyy, this is my oc Ava! They’re a general oc I made a while back that I could kinda thrust into whatever, and I’ve been catchin up on BNHA lately so i thought it was time >:) here’s the info on the pics above just in case you can’t read it.

- ENBY. uses any pronouns, but I mainly use they with them.

- INTP- of Mexican and Japanese descent. mother works as a designer and make-up artist, but her main work is designing hero clothes. Her father is… a secret. It’s really self indulgent so just to avoid any hate I’d rather not post it rn ;-;

- mother’s quirk is being able to store energy and it helps her work a lot faster, harder, and for longer. It corresponds with Ava’s quirk, allowing them to store electricity for a long time – as well as the stamina to go with it – but a huge downside is that over stimulation can set in and more often than not leads to insomnia.

- goes to UA and is in class 3-B. Isn’t “a part of the Big Three” obviously, as there’s only three, but is top four and friends with them.

QUIRK: ELECTRIFICATION

X - can’t MAKE their own electricity, it must be pulled from elsewhere. This day and age with technology being literally everywhere, it’s not the worst downside, is it? It’s a huge reason why they wear stuff on their body to help store extra electricity.

- stores this energy inside their body and as a result, the more electricity they have on their body, it heightens other things like stamina, strength, and so on. But if too much is stored for too long ( or over using this electricity ) can lead to over-stimulation and eventually sensory deprivation with it. Worst that’s happened is a total crash, and then sleeping for three days. Working on electricity output is the biggest thing!

- normally wears gloves so if they touch something metal, it won’t zap them. It also helps because they use a retractable staff that’s made of metal. This plus the ability to control electricity, they’re a good mid-range fighter as well as up close. the further away something is the less control they have; laws of nature still apply to them! If they hit something metal with electricity to shock someone, but there are other ppl attached to said metal thing, they’ll get shocked too.
- there are strips of wires on them that help store extra electricity, just in case they end up somewhere where the weather doesn’t suit collecting it from nature, or in a place where there’s no tech nearby.
