Milkman x Mailman is now complete!

I learned so much while working on this project. From storyboarding, to perspective basics to color palettes.

I’m proud of myself for creating a comic completely without text, but oh man did I hate myself in the process. There were no speech bubbles to hide the background. And because Milkman x Mailman has no conversations I had to push myself even further to bring their feelings across through their expressions and the color of the sky. Every day has a different palette which sets the mood for the day.

I’m still learning and trying to improve my drawing skills every day. So the art style changed quite a bit from the first page to the last one.

Anyway, I’m so happy that I was able to tell the story of those two dorks. Thank you guys for watching them grow and get to know each other.
