I found this Sons of The Pioneers album cover while helping my cousin clean his basement nearly a YEAR ago and thought to myself “this is beautiful, I should redo this but make it Orville”. I loved the loose gestural marks of the grease pencil and the warm mid-century painterly illustration feel of this piece. I believe the original was illustrated by Hector Garrido. Also I feel like I should make a disclaimer that there’s no indication that Trixie Mattel is featured in the Bronco album, I just needed a sixth person in the composition and she seemed like a good fit
