emily pyne was a journalist, first starting out. she had got the job from her father, a famous newscaster, luke pyne. emily lived in her own sad little apartment with loud neighbors to keep her company. her journaling writings were either put on a blog or sent to a newsletter by her father’s help. she even created, with the help of her best friend viraj, a podcast, where they discussed gossips, hot topics, crime, and the city’s vengeance. emily’s mother, a rich socialite, forces her daughter to be all lady like and one day like her.
unfortunately, emily has other ides. emily sees the corruption in gotham. sees what riches and fortunes can do to a family, especially the waynes. she wants nothing to do with the filthy money, instead she wants more to do in life. she never knew this but she finds her answer one day seeing the batman save her friend. that was all emily needed.
knowing how to shoot a arrow from past classes and because her mother used to do bow n arrows, emily got to work and wanted to become like batman. her life changed from there on out. her duty was to help people.
but wait, her father got her the job of a lifetime. the most popular man in gotham, bruce wayne, emily has an appointment with the famous son of wayne to write a huge column about him. this could be the chance of a lifetime.
by day emily was the journalist by night she was the archer.
