In the childhood stages of being a Great One, Edmund struggled to manifest in the human form. It was difficult to deal with development when he had a consciousness previously fully grounded in reality. The ascension forced change, and created a new space in his mind in order to accommodate the cosmos. In this early stage, to even exist tangibly, beyond just being a mere thought, was a challenge. 

On days where the shadows are the clearest, he could see the silhouette of a man amongst the crowd, inky and oily like the night ocean beneath the moon. 

The hunter ascends into a higher being. Ironic isn’t it? That the god wannabe is the one that got left behind. 

Stylised doodle + a fun idea: Lloyd uses the Holy Moonlight sword in its transformed state but Edmund cannot see the arcane sword due to his low insight, to him its just a normal greatsword. 

Haven’t decided on a weapon for Ed yet
