Artistically inclined Playboy Playmate for November 1968, Paige Young poses above in a series of “safe-for-work” photos which show off her bright and upbeat demeanor. Following her appearance in Hefner’s magazine, the brunette beauty continued an off-and-on again relationship with the label. Sadly in 1974, the ambitious model passed away. She was 30 years old.
