Added a second set of nostril piercings on @yoeder_highroller. This dude had one baller setup going. Top nostrils are healed with some 18k white gold Virtue ends with hammered disk inserts from @anatometalinc and the bottom fresh set were done with some 14k white gold domes feom @leroifinejewelry.
