s4 should’ve had themes of how unnatural the
• forests falling silent whenever sam steps foot in them. no wildlife cross his path and the trees overhead never rustle.
• holy men cannot remain in the same room as sam. they can never explain the compulsion to run on a conscious level, but they feel it whenever their eyes land on him.
• children cry whenever sam draws near. once, a dog stands on it’s hind legs and growls.
• the tvs and radios only bring in static. they work fine whenever sam is out on his own errands.
• birds of prey circle over dean, the world hasn’t quite forgotten he’s dead. everywhere they stay has an abundance of maggots in the dirt. they worm their way onto the pavement to commit suicide under his heel.
• dean can see all of hell’s abominations. their eyes bleed and he wonders if theirs aren’t the only ones that are still bleeding.
• other hunters are scared of the winchesters. there’s nothing quite like the way dean hunts. his lethality is an art- and it almost feels like he’s playing with fingerpaints when he has a set of expensive oils tucked away.
• psychics are bedridden with migraines whenever sam is in town. all they know is that something dark is here.
