Went to Artisan for dinner, mostly to get the special with foie gras before CA bans it (sigh). Everything was fantastic.
- grilled octopus, artichokes, white beans, marjoram
- bloomsdale spinach salad, pigs ears, fried egg
- skirt steak, mashed potatoes, foie gras
- chocolate malt silk cake on rice krispy nougat, rocky road ice cream, malted milk powder
