Sometimes a woman will want to hold the edges of her dish when eating like a dog. It’s an understandable impulse, and helpful when scrounging for scraps at the very bottom. But in this case, as she’s just lapping up milk from a relatively full dish, I don’t think it’s necessary.

Such a humble act. Such a simple act. After all, every person needs to eat. But by taking it just a bit farther, by eating like this, she is showing her dominant an amount of love and trust that can’t be equaled by words.
Despite that, I try. Each time my pet finishes her meals, I tell her thank you, I tell her I love her, and I show her how much I respect her.
As a result, each time I put the dish back down with a new meal, she comes back to it.

A predicament fantasy scenario, like tying your submissive up in the basement with her only food in dog dishes, and no way to use her hands, is a great way to incorporate feeding her like a dog into D/s play. The longer she struggles and refuses, the hungrier she will get. And for some submissives, this sort of scenario might be the help they need to overcome their reluctance. (Again, I advocate consensual play. Don’t ever truly force anyone. That’s a crime.)

Those are some big bows, and a big bowl. I think one of those two things could be smaller.

I prefer that the woman eats with the dish on the ground, to better enhance the degradation of the experience. But sometimes the last bits of a liquidy meal like soup or something with a broth is very challenging to get to without doing something like this. Requiring her to finish up while kneeling on the ground at least keeps the connection of the meal and its location.

Tunafish or canned chicken is a good visual and textural substitute for far less safe wet pet food in a pinch. The humiliation of her eating it from a pet dish is just as high, I assure you.

You have to admire the devotion of a woman that is so focused on pleasing her man, that she doesn’t bother to keep her hair out of the food dish as she eats. From experience I can tell you, most submissives aren’t nearly that selflessly focused. Messiness is a hard thing for most to get used to.

Despite what some would want you to think, it’s not a natural thing for all women to be fed like a dog. It takes some coaxing and help for some to adjust to it. Find ways to help them feel encouraged, and ways to take steps. It’s worth it once you get there.

A woman doesn’t always have to be naked and collared to be fed like a dog. Feed her dinner just after work, while still dressed in her office outfit, and see how that affects her.
