I’ve been wanting to try some different night photography stuff and decided to try astrophotography and spinning steel wool. For the astrophotography I used an app called PhotoPills and it is amazing! Definitely check it out if you would like to try and shoot the Milky Way. The above photo is a composite shot of two different exposures (one for the sky at 30 seconds and one for the steel wool at 8 seconds). I shot both frames using a tripod and a FujiFilm X-T2 with 10-24mm 4.0 lens. @photopills
