Caribbean flamingos at the Dallas Zoo show off for potential #suitors with a synchronized “false feeding” behavior. While it can look like normal filter-feeding in a snapshot, this is actually part of the multi-step #flamingo #courtship #dance each breeding season. Flamingo are one of the only birds where both sexes simultaneously participate in the same mating display!
