What do you do when you need to relax and recharge?

Asking for a friend … jk, I have to admit — this isn’t my strong suit. I usually go balls-to-the-wall until I realize I’m about to snap, then have to take a long breather. I’m trying to be better about it recently.. not beating myself up when I can’t work due to 2-year-old antics / life, etc… this weekend I definitely made some space for just relaxing with the family - NOT running a list in my head the whole time of what needs to be done …
Anyone else struggle with this?

I do, however, think that if I had a space like @my_tiny_jungalow here it would be a little easier to wind down sometimes I mean…. right?? ‍♀️
