What time era? I have some ideas. If it’s modern, I think it would be interesting to leave out a dish of water with silver in it. Silver can be used to disinfect and sometimes taken as a supplement. Cue poisoned werewolf.

Also, you could trick it into eating meat that has been laced with silver salts. Again, more poison.

But if you’re looking for a weapon, I think I would need more detail on place and time. But I would be happy to help. There have to be more ways than ‘staby, staby’.
