I know I haven’t done a Six Sentence Sunday in a few weeks, and I am trying to get back on the wagon. I’ve been writing on some stuff, not as much as I like but I have gotten some stuff written up.

“I don’t just relate to the lives these young women are living Liam, I was them. Working multiple jobs just to have the ends sort of meet, but not really. We have the potential to completely change the trajectory of someone’s life by doing this Liam.”
Liam smiled at her. That was only one of the infinite reasons why he loved Riley so. She always put others first, never thinking of herself. She was hyper focused on what she could do to make someone else’s life better.
“This is why I wanted you to take the lead on this one Riley. Your eyes have just lit up, and I feel your passion. This is your crusade. You have Hana to thank for the idea. Olivia thought it should be a fight to the death.”
Riley laughed. “Of course she did.”
“So we’re a go on this then? You want to do it?”
“Yes let’s schedule the press conference, I’ll gather the team I want to assist me with this.”
Riley thought for a moment in silence.
“You know, this will leave you alone with the children for a considerable amount of time during the Festival.”
“Your point is?”
“Liam you’re never alone with the kids, and they know Mommy’s Mad Eye Brow. You’re a pushover.”
“I am not, I can keep the children in check just fine!”
“If you think so.”
“I know so.”
Riley walked down the hall to her study. Liam isn’t going to know what hit him.

“They’re going to eat you alive.”
“Maxwell Not you too!!!!!”
“He’s right. Your kids can be a handful, so can mine. You know Riley is going to want Ana, Taylor, and Hana to be on her team right? which leaves us with the kids.”
“It’s true! I had them during our baby beaumont bash, and I swear if Taylor hadn’t have been there with me, and then you guys had enlisted Olivia to watch over us, there would be a memoriam highlight reel of our weekend together.”
“Nico’s right Liam. Our only hope of survival is to join forces, combine resources and hope and pray that we make it out alive.”
“We’ve got A King, a Centurion Guard, and The Lord of the Dance here to babysit eight children. What could go wrong?”

Mia paced nervously around the living room while she constantly checked her cell phone.
“Mia, would you get somewhere and sit down! Why are you fidgety?”
She wanted to answer. She really did, but she couldn’t. It was because it wasn’t her news to tell. Her best friend Daniel had come out to her, to which it was a huge step for him on his journey of self acceptance, and tonight, he was telling his parents.
The Stephenson’s seemed like very open minded people. But you just never know, and that little bit of doubt had her nervous for her friend, but in that moment speaking to him as he made up his mind she reassured him. What if she had done the wrong thing? She had essentially known them since she was six when Daniel had moved next door when they used to live in South Carolina.
Pops glanced up from the television.
“Mia. SIT DOWN.”
Mia sat down on the couch. She nervously picked at the glitter polish on her nails. When her phone rang she jumped. It was Daniel; she ran quickly to her bedroom, quickly shutting her door.
“Daniel, is everything okay?”
All she heard from Daniel was sobbing on the other end.
“Daniel… say something please.”
Daniel finally composed himself, a little more finally spoke.
“I have the best parents in the world Mia.”

"That’s her hungry cry Nico.” Nico quickly prepared the bottle with Elle’s milk, coming back into the room, picking Ana up from the crib cradling her in his arms. Ana calmed considerably from his touch; Nico and Ana were bonding. She had even smiled at him several times over the last three and a half months.
“I know baby… I know you’re hungry.. I have lunch for you.” Elle kept her distance, Nico had to do it on his own, without her help. Because she wouldn’t be there to help him when he would be alone in Greece. As much as she wanted to stay in that place forever, Elle knew she needed help; if she had any chance of a semi-normal life later, she had to go back to the hospital. She had…. to give them up. She tried not to cry as she stared at Nico. She knew it was going to finally happen this time, and it did.
Nico let a tiny bit of milk dribble onto Ana’s lips, to which Ana opened her mouth. When Nico put the bottle to her mouth, her lips closed around the nipple of the bottle, and Ana began to eat.
Nico’s glance shot up to Elle, who tried her best to smile in the situation. Nico’s eyes went back to Ana, Elle slowly stopped celebrating because reality had set in, it had finally happened; Ana was taking a bottle from Nico, which meant Elle’s reason for being with them was nonexistent. Nico could take Ana back to Greece, and resume their life…. without her.
Ana finished the whole bottle, her head resting on his shoulder as he gently patted her back to get her to burp. Afterwards she quickly fell asleep. Nico used what Liam had taught him, he got her into the crib without waking her.
Nico and Elle quietly celebrated.
“You did it!!!”
“I can’t believe it.”
“I can, I knew you could do this. Because I can’t right now. She needs you Nico.”
“I need you Elle.”
Elle closed her eyes as he leaned into her. She had to be dreaming.
