HONORARY CITIZEN - Princess Grace of Monaco holds a certificate naming her an honorary citizen of Dallas, presented to her by Dallas Mayor Wes Wise during opening ceremonies of “Fete des Fleurs” - a week long celebration held by Neiman-Marcus Speciality Store. Her husband, Prince Rainier III, also took part in the celebration.
