It is very obvious by now that this generation still isn’t ready for more characters in literature/movies/tv like Sansa Stark: traditionally feminine but never sexualized and without traditionally masculine traits like being physically strong or knowing how to fight; actually speaking her mind and being cold when it is necessary; not owing something to men and being an actual benevolent and caring leader; never entitled and using actual reasons to prove anyone otherwise.

the hate i’ve seen against sansa this episode is so typical. a lot of people seem incapable of viewing a woman as strong if she’s not physically fighting. sansa isn’t a warrior, that’s been made clear many times, but she still gets called weak all the time. not being physically strong does not equal weak. i’ve seen so many people calling her useless just because she didnt fight in the battle but it’s literally the same scenario as what dany told tyrion, they’re too important to risk losing in the fight. sansa is an incredibly strong person, don’t minimize her just because she’s not a warrior.
