It’s sad to me that I have to even mention this, but please, DON’T BUY RECASTS! I’ve been in the hobby for several years now, and I’ve seen the damage that recasts have done to the market and to the hobby.
These dolls that bring us so much joy are the hard work of artists who deserve to be paid fairly for their work.

Guess who arrived in time for Christmas!
Also, I want to talk. This lovely lady came with three heads, two hands, and two types of feet. Cost? $330 without faceup.
So for $330, you practically get three different excellent quality dolls, direct from the artist/sculptor. I got the faceup option, and she was still ready in about a month.
The hobby is expensive, don’t get me wrong, but if you keep an eye out, you can find gorgeous affordable dolls that are really high quality.
