Yoongi travels from South Korea to New South Wales to spend a week collaborating with Namjoon - another lofi hiphop beatmaker - on a tape they’ve been planning to release. After a whole week of non-stop work, Namjoon suggests they celebrate and chill on the beach with some of his friends Friday night.
Brain fuzzy and body warm from the beer, Yoongi hugs his knees tighter and relaxes into the soft thump of music and the soothing hum of voices around him. As the sun begins to set, his eyes follow two surfers as they catch the last of the evening swell in the water. Namjoon notices Yoongi watching and decides to call Jimin and JK over for introductions.
