The Boy is strangled by his aggressive master. The poor boy is choked so hard that his tongue is forced to protrude forward out of his mouth. The tongue will always protrude out of the mouth whenever there is a build up of pressure under the jawline. This is because most of the tongue muscle is in the jaw. So as the lower tongue is being squeezed the upper portion of the tongue is forced to push forward out of the mouth. Some people will just let the tongue swell and others will react with a pointed hardened tongue caused by the excitement and fear. This boy is fighting back with his tongue as you can see. In video he actually wags his tongue back and forth.
