Yknow thinking about wukong taking the fire of samahdi on himself We know he can’t die due to his abundance of immortality But if the fire of samahdi can actually kill him, He won’t just die, like his body is destroyed and he goes to the after life
He’s going to be wiped out of existence Body and soul No trace of him would be left, not even ash , as if he never existed,

Wukong has fully transferred the flames in him and succeeded in containing it within him , it actually work but the victory doesn’t last long as he slowly the burning sensation of the fire enveloping his entire being and slowly erasing it’s existence.
he doesn’t have time.
He looks at the everyone but looks deeply with a sadden and broken expression towards MK and Macaque, knowing this is last time. He immediately flies towards LBD not saying a word to any of them. Everyone being confused of why he left so quickly, but rationalized that he wants LBD to be over and done.
but that’s not the only reason. he didn’t want them to know. MK and Macaque seeing the expression Wukong gave them, they knew, and hoping they were wrong about what the Great sage is willing to do, and paying the price for it.

Amidst then end of the fight between the lady bone demon and the Great sage, It seems the tide has finally turned and the sage is near to eradicate this curse that has been plaguing them for centuries. The lady bone demon realizing what is soon to happen. she experiences fear for the very last time, she screamed with what ever she could to make the monkey not to put an end to her destiny.||

as he prepares to finally finish her off he responds,
“ no it’s not, I wished things could have ended up differently, the memory of me, may even my legacy it will be gone. but i have lived a great immortal chuckles rich immortal life, and if i get to "wipe your existence from this world” maybe I wouldn’t have it any other way"
A flash, everything is white for a moment, then slowly. the world returns, but no memory of what was lost||

Finally finished this illustration! I started this after watching episode 6 and it was my prediction for what would happen at the end of Season 3. Obviously, that’s not what happened, but I wanted to finish this regardless because I still think this was a good idea. Plus I’m very happy with how it came out!

This face is just so raw. Those who are cursing and hating on sun wukong over the recent season 3 finale need to recognize that this guy wasn’t acting out of selfishness or looking to sacrifice anyone. I think it’s clear he doesn’t actually know what he’s doing with the LBD and training MK, but it’s on his shoulders to take down the witch or lose MK and the world. His “vacation” and this trip to collect the rings were a desperate course of action to take her down, even if it leaves him battered and kills him. He clearly loves MK and is looking to protect him and his group, and you can bet he had the best intentions by keeping the Mei secret, but unfortunately, things got out of hand. And now keep in mind that he is now racing to fight LBD by himself, despite being weakened and definitely scared. But he’s rattled, MK literally rushed into death-inducing fire not two minutes previously and he just now seeing how his teaching method was pretty much trauma and physical injury-inducing. Like he said, he won’t drag the kid into any more of his fights, even though he has no chance of victory now. He made a bad call, but he was doing his best. Keep in mind, despite the tension and conflict with Nedzu, the guy is still rushing to stop him from being hurt and captured by a crazy demon witch. So, try to not jump into the Hate Sun Wukong crowd, please.
