The Grammys fashion this year is still being talked about. Although some of the looks seen on the carpet that night were disappointing, I received my full dose of exemplary awards show fashion! Here are some of my favorites…
(in no particular order)
Her gown was mocked and its still being ridiculed but I am one of the few that was able to appreciate Rihanna in Giambattistia Valli.
Definitely by far one the best looks of the night, Nicki Minaj stunned us all in Tom Ford. The design of the dress is superb and I instantly became obsessed with her overall image on the carpet that night.
Katy Perry sparkled in Zuhair Murad. Certainly a peculiar but great look on her!
Predicted Versace for the night, and to my surprise the first I saw in it was Nick Jonas. He wore the designer suit like a pro next to his beautiful gal Olivia Culpo. The tartan pattern was extremely cool and stylish.
Jessie J knocked it out of the park and brought the ideal edge to the carpet in a black frock from the Ralph & Russo Couture collection.
Another artist who had an unexpected look was Taylor Swift. She styled perfectly in a Ellie Saab gown rather than keeping it simple.
I spied style-forward ladies in black….
and White…
Despite the fact that I wanted more iconic looks, knowing its the Grammys, the several celebs that captured my attention made it worthwhile…
